Rosh Hashana e-Cards (cuRRently inactive)

SEND ROSH HASHANA E-CARDS & SAVE LIVES!

Send e-cards to friends and relatives worldwide, and combine it with a mitzva – your donation to Laniado Hospital provides life-saving equipment for missile-protected hospital units.

When you donate 50 NIS (or equivalent in other currencies), you can send e-cards to up to 50 recipients; or 100 NIS for up to 100 recipients! SPECIAL: Donate 180 NIS to send e-cards AND we’ll also deliver a gift plant to the spouse of an IDF soldier.

Your e-cards can be emailed on a date of your choice  OR sent via social media as a link in your WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger, X, LinkedIn…! Advanced users can choose to upload or copy/paste your own list of recipient names and emails.

  1. To start, click “Donate & Send Rosh Hashana E-Cards” button below. On the opened page, select currency, and quantity of “1” next to your chosen donation amount: 50, 100 or 180 NIS (or equivalent).
  2. Click Pay By Credit Card, PayPal or BIT button.
  3. Select payment method, enter your details, and click Submit Payment.
  4. You’ll get a confirmation email in minutes. Click the link in the email. (If you don’t see the confirmation email, check your Spam folder. If it’s not there, contact us via the eCard Help link above.) 
  5. On the “Send an e-card“ page, select and click a Rosh Hashana e-card image. 
  6. On the opened page, OPTION 1: To enter each recipient manually: click Add More, and then click Add Recipient after you enter each recipient. OPTION 2: If instead, you want to upload your saved list of recipients, then follow instructions from step 6 in the “How to send e-cards using uploaded CSV File…” instructions section link below). OPTION 3: If you want instead to copy/paste your list of recipients, click Paste a list .and follow directions.
  7. After entering recipient(s), if you want to choose delivery date, click Schedule. 
  8. When finished, click Done (if shown), and then Send Email. Your e-cards are sent immediately, or as scheduled. That’s it!

  6. On the next page, to send e-cards via a link in WhatsApp, FaceBook, X, LinkedIn, etc., click Share, and follow the options in the ecard app. NOTE: When you send out the link to people, we suggest you add a small text note to it, for example: “Here’s a Shana Tova donation/greeting card from us, Sara & Avraham Cohen!“.

  5. On the “Send an e-card” page, select and click a Rosh Hashana e-card image. 
  6. On the initial email app page, click Add More, then on the Add Recipients page, click “Upload .csv” file.
  7. If you need to create a template (spreadsheet), click download CSV template link, open the downloaded file using Excel (or similar app), and add your recipient names & emails starting in row 2 of the template. When done, save file on your laptop.
  8. On “Add Recipients from CSV” page, click Click to upload your csv file, locate your saved .csv file, and click Open.
  9. On “Add Recipients from CSV” page, in area “2.”, the “email” in the “Email” title box must be selected. Then click Add recipients.
  10. On “Select Recipients” page, click Confirm.
  11. On “Add Recipients page, edit/delete any rows if necessary, and then click Done.
  12. Click Schedule (to choose delivery date) & click Send Email to finish. That’s it! Your e-cards are sent immediately, or as scheduled.

PURIM e-Cards

SEND PURIM E-CARDS & SAVE LIVES!

Send Purim e-cards to relatives and friends, and help provide needed life-saving equipment for self-funded, regional Laniado Hospital in Netanya. Donate 100NIS/USD/GBP online (or call Supporters Office) and you can send up to 100 e-cards. PLUS – if you donate 180NIS/USD/GBP, we’ll ALSO deliver Mishloach Manot to an IDF soldier! 

THREE OPTIONS: 

  • Send e-cards by email. See “How to Send E-cards by Email” below. 
  • Send via WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger, etc. See “How to Send E-cards by WhatsApp” below. 
  • (If you’re a Techie, advanced computer user, or like challenges), import your file of contacts. See “How to Send E-cards Using Imported Files” below.

  1. Click Donate & Send Purim E-Cards blue button below, and then follow the steps 2-8 below.
  2. On the opened page, select currency, quantity of “1” next to your chosen donation: 100 or 180; and click Pay By Credit Card, PayPal or BIT button. 
  3. Select payment method, your details and click Submit Payment button. (If you can’t see it, see FAQ section below to fix that.) 
  4. You’ll get a confirmation email in a few minutes in your inbox or spam. Click the link in that email. (If you don’t get the email, see FAQ section for answers.) 
  5. On “Send an e-card” screen, click on a Purim e-card image to select it. 
  6. On the e-card entry page, under the EMAIL tab, enter YOUR name & email (under FROM), and the e-card recipient’s name and email (under TO). For each recipient, click Add More or “+” and then Add Recipient. Add a pdersonal message in the “Personal Message” box.
  7. If you want to have the emails sent on a specific date. click Schedule.
  8. When finished, click Done (if shown), and click Send Email. Your e-cards are sent immediately, or as you scheduled. That’s it!

  5. On “Send an e-card” page, click on a Purim e-card image to select it.
  6. On the selected ecard entry  page, click Share tab, and click WhatsApp or another app to use to send e-cards.
  7. Under “Create an Ecard Link to Share…”, enter YOUR name & email (under FROM), and read the following NOTE about what to enter under “TO” for Recipient Name.  
  8. NOTE:  If sending the same e-card to many people, enter in Recipient Name: “My relatives and friends” or something generic, which will appear on every e-card. If you really want to personalize names, send e-cards individually for each contact.
  9. Add a personal message in “Personal Message” box, to appear on your e-cards.
  10. Follow the online instructions, and click Create and Share Link in order to send created link for the e-card to your contacts. 
  11. NOTE: If you send out the e-card link to people, add a small comment before it in Whatsapp, for example: “Here’s our Purim greeting e-card link for you, from (your name(s)“. 
  1. This option for techies, advanced computer users or know people who can help you! To start, click Donate & Send Purim E-Cards blue button below, and then follow the steps 2-13 below!
  2. On the opened page, select currency, quantity of “1” next to your chosen donation amount, and click Pay By Credit Card, PayPal or BIT button.
  3. Select payment method, enter details, and click Submit Payment button. (Can’t see “Submit”? See FAQ section below to fix that.)
  4. You’ll get a confirmation email in minutes in your inbox or spam folder. Click the link in the email. (If you don’t get the email, see FAQ section for answers.) 
  5. On the “Send an e-card” page, select and click a Purim e-card image. 
  6. On the page, in the EMAIL tab, click Add More, then on the Add Recipients page, click “Upload (csv)“. (OR if you’d rather want to copy/paste a list, click Paste a List, and follow instructions, then click Add Recipients button, and skip to step 11 to Confirm and Done).
  7. If you need to create a spreadsheet, click download CSV template link, open the downloaded file using Excel (or similar app),
  8. Add your recipient names & emails starting in row 2 of the template. (The only thing in row 1 should be the word “Name” in column A and “Email” in column B.) When done, save file on your laptop.}
  9. On “Add Recipients from CSV” page, click Click to upload your csv file, locate your saved .csv file, and click Open.
  10. On “Add Recipients from CSV” page, in area “2.”, the “email” in the “Email” title box must be selected. Then click Add recipients.
  11. On “Select Recipients” page, click Confirm.
  12. On “Add Recipients page, edit/delete any rows if necessary, and then click Done.
  13. Click Schedule (to choose delivery date) & click Send Email to finish. That’s it! Your e-cards are sent immediately, or as you  scheduled. 
  • Can’t see “Submit” button to pay? If using a computer, then zoom out the screen: vlick & hold the Ctrl key on your keyboard, and with your other hand, roll the wheel on the mouse, to zoom out & see “Submit” button. If you can’t, then pay via cellphone, or call Supporters at 09-860-4785.
  • No confirmation email? Look in your Spam folder. If you received payment confirmation on the screen, then click here to email us for assistance.
  • Trouble using “importing a file”? If you’re not a Techie or advanced computer user, please ask a Techie friend for help, or consider sending e-cards an easier way. 
  • Sending many e-cards by Whatsapp? Use “Create e-card” link to send a general ecard to many people. YOU MUST ENTER in Recipient Name: “My relatives and friends” or something generic, which will appear on every e-card. If you really want to personalize names, send e-cards individually for each contact.
  • Can you use the confirmation link more than once? Yes! Click on the confirmation email link again to send e-cards to other contacts – up to a total of 100 ecards per 100 or 180 donation. 
  • Things are not working for me! Did you read and follow the instructions on this page? We ask that you do, before asking for help. If you did, click here to email us.
  • Is there a deadline? You can use the received e-card link until Shushan Purim.
