Their never ending dedication to the profession of compassionate healing is well known by all. 

 

However, there is a shortage of nurses in Israel, which leads to them working double shifts, weekends and overtime. This leads to burn out.

 

To help alleviate this problem in Israel, we initiated a Nursing Scholarship program, for qualified students at our Tessler Academic Nursing School, as well as current staff members at Laniado. 

 

Students who are studying for their BSN degree, as well as staff who are already registered nurses and want to continue to an advanced course of study in an area of specialization, are recipients of our scholarships.

 

We annually hold Nursing Scholarship distribution ceremonies attended by students, staff and donors.

 

We are deeply grateful to Scholarship donors both in Israel & around the world who realize the great importance of providing a profession for life, for the next generation of nurses of Israel.
